Alex uses python and raspberry pis to create immersive behavioral tasks to study neural circuit dynamics. With his lab partners, he is also learning about interactions between the hippocampus and hypothalamus, and its implication in the pathophysiology of epilepsy. He is looking to expand his foundation of neurobiology and learn its real-world application.
